was late for trng cos of stupid delaysssssss.reached there dadui-ed and did some circuits.
n i tell you,i slightly sprained my jus-recovered-not-long's ankle during dadui when im turning back for defence.tell me la,how stupid can i get?i finally noe why sir always says we cant straight away play full court games when nvr warmup or do any circuits.ok i did ran 2rounds round the bball court n did stretching.but i tink wasn't enough.stupid laaaaaaaaaaa.
i hope the swelling will be better tml if not zzz gna see chi doc which i hate it veryveryveryvery much cos the doc will press here press there,twist here twist there rub here rub there which hurts bloody hell la. ):
