skipped IMGT tutorial jus cos to rush my powerpoint for OPCS.end up i did not present today.phew..im so not prepared today.

trng today & gymed.good workout.but end up after gym i ate LJS.tsk shakes head.i feel fats building up in mi again.i tink im getting fatter. ):
